At a turning point in their lives, Life Turn is the game that helps people make that big turn towards a new future.
A personal trajectory with the game Life Turn is based on the concept of your Life as a story.
A story that you can write and rewrite every day.
The motto is: ‘if you don’t like your future, rewrite your past’.
Life Turn works with the metaphor of the red thread.
It symbolizes your life line and you make knots in your red thread to anchor special moments in your life.
After analyzing important themes from your four life phases, you will rewrite some traumatic moments from your past.
Then we pick up the red thread in your life again; this is connected to your life mission. At the end of the trajectory, you choose the new direction you want to go in and make plans for your new future.
A personal trajectory consists of two half days of 2.5 hours each; one in the morning and one in the afternoon. In preparation for the trajectory, the client is asked to write a short life story.
After completing the trajectory, there is the possibility to schedule follow-up sessions.
There is also the possibility to follow a training to become a coach.
